The HTC Explorer will be a budget Android Smartphone from three with a sleek and compact design that will suit first time users to the Android market. But don't let that make you think that this phone has fewer features because of being a budget Android, which is far from the truth, it can out do a lot of its competitors hands down.

This compact handset delivers it when you need it with a 600 Mhz scorpion processor and full 3.2 -inch touchscreen, that nearly fills the whole phone face. Accompanied by a 3.15 autofocus Megapixel camera with face detection and Geo-tagging capabilities.

HTC Sense is one of the best features to have on a HTC Android phone, and the explorer has the latest version of it installed making it a simpler interface experience. If you're not familiar with htcsence.com then this is basically what it is, you can back up files and apps and messages, by using icloud. Which you store on HTC's server network not on your Mobile.

The best thing about saving your data on HTC,s network is - when you change phones for what ever reason - there's now more copying contacts to your new phones sim, just simply download it again to your new phone from HTC's servers. How long will my delivery take, and do I need to be in to sign for it?

How long a delivery takes and whether you need to sign for it depends on what you've bought:

Dongles & SIMs.

These are delivered within one to two working days. You don't need to wait in to sign for these.

Phones, MiFi devices & tablets.
Laptops.

Orders placed before 4pm will be delivered by courier the next working day. Orders placed after 4pm will be delivered in two working days (or on the following Tuesday if you order after 4pm on a Friday). You'll need to be in to sign for your delivery.

Courier deliveries take place between 8am and 6pm. We don't deliver on weekends. If there's no-one present at the delivery address, the courier will post a card with contact details through the door. They'll usually attempt delivery again the next working day.

How do I track my order?

Call Three on 0844 481 2353 and select option 2. They will check the progress of your order for you.

You have up to 14 Days to return your item for a refund?

If you are a new Three customer and for some reason you are not happy, you can return your device and original boxed accessories, including any additional free promotional items you may have received with your order, along with your proof of purchase, within 14 days of receipt.

In order to be eligible to return your device under the returns policy you must not have used it to make or receive calls, texts or browse the internet. Similarly, if your device has been damaged since you received it, this guarantee will not cover you.

If you choose to go into a 3Store, your returns policy will be different. Ask in store for details
