The wait will soon be over for the Nokia Lumia 800 Microsoft windows phone, on the latest version of windows 7.5 (Mango) to be launched and available on 3 Mobile from 17th november 2011.

The actual body, has been made of reinforced polymer, which is a seamless body housing for the super OLED neatly curve Display. Which is a full 3.7 -inches to view some fantastic ultra clear presentations and is completely scratch resistant.

This phone offers a complete integrated social theme with Facebook, Twitter and linkdin, which makes a pleasant addition to your social field of associates and friends, with which ever of these networks you are involved with.

The Nokia Lumia 800 brings with it all of the microsofts suite of office apps including, outlook and Email facilities easily within reach, and while working on an office project why not soak up a few sounds with the built-in Zune player, or watch a video while relaxing from your strenuous days activities.

How long will my delivery take, and do I need to be in to sign for it?

How long a delivery takes and whether you need to sign for it depends on what you've bought:

Dongles & SIMs.

These are delivered within one to two working days. You don't need to wait in to sign for these.

Phones, MiFi devices & tablets.
Laptops.

Orders placed before 4pm will be delivered by courier the next working day. Orders placed after 4pm will be delivered in two working days (or on the following Tuesday if you order after 4pm on a Friday). You'll need to be in to sign for your delivery.

Courier deliveries take place between 8am and 6pm. We don't deliver on weekends. If there's no-one present at the delivery address, the courier will post a card with contact details through the door. They'll usually attempt delivery again the next working day.

How do I track my order?

Call Three on 0844 481 2353 and select option 2. They will check the progress of your order for you.

You have up to 14 Days to return your item for a refund?

If you are a new Three customer and for some reason you are not happy, you can return your device and original boxed accessories, including any additional free promotional items you may have received with your order, along with your proof of purchase, within 14 days of receipt.

In order to be eligible to return your device under the returns policy you must not have used it to make or receive calls, texts or browse the internet. Similarly, if your device has been damaged since you received it, this guarantee will not cover you.

If you choose to go into a 3Store, your returns policy will be different. Ask in store for details
